Please make it easier to adjust. Maybe it would be easier to use if it were a dropdown with numerical ranges as categories?

Unit count would be helpful for multifamily properties, you can see if "large homes" are single or multi-family based on land use, but it can be very difficult to determine the unit count (helpful for tax research, missing middle research).
