Available at https://xfer.shelbycountytn.gov/ including current jail roster and some court docket information. I saw you had eviction data from GS court which is nice. There are some ethical concerns with keeping records that will later be expunged which would need to be worked through.

E.g. stuff from EDGE on PILOT programs and their financial/economic investments/impact, availability/locations of jobs and accompanying data on wages, grant investments in specific zip codes, etc. Just spit-balling—in general I think there's a lot of obfuscation with regard to the flow of capital and it would be cool to see some of that more democratized and accessible.

For point data, add variables to associate each data point with geographies of interest: census tract, zip code, city council district, county commission district, State house and senate district. Some of the files do include some geographies but the specifics seem to vary across the data files - should just be a matter of a nice geocoding script to make all the files interoperable. This would also facilitate the production of reports of key metrics for each geography (profiles of one’s City Council district, etc).
