Unit counts (Assessor Data)
Unit count would be helpful for multifamily properties, you can see if "large homes" are single or multi-family based on land use, but it can be very difficult to determine the unit count (helpful for tax research, missing middle research).

This would allow us to better communicate the number of employers and jobs within a neighborhood, ZIP code, or custom boundary, especially when considering the proportion of land devoted to those uses.

Shelby County Public Safety Data
Available at https://xfer.shelbycountytn.gov/ including current jail roster and some court docket information. I saw you had eviction data from GS court which is nice. There are some ethical concerns with keeping records that will later be expunged which would need to be worked through.
