Vacant Land Details for Developers

(via United Housing) - It would be great to collect and report more details on each vacant lots that help developers determine readiness to build new housing. For example, flagging lot dimensions that are too small vs. the right size for housing according to building codes, flagging lots that already have utility hookups/sewer taps, and whether developers would need to clear the lot in terms of trees, debris, and remnants of built structures.

Filter: Church-owned Properties

A category of just church owned properties... I mean we can do it ourselves but having that readily available would be huge

owner name search to identify and return all parcels owned by specific owners. Currently the search function may pull the primary street address for a place such as Lindenwood Methodist Church but it would be useful to have the ability to identify all parcels owned by Lindenwood Church.
